Charity Sound Bath

Mothers, Grandmothers, Daughters, Friends, Hens, you are invited to a Charity Spa Day for an afternoon of fun, relaxation and raising awareness.

You can join an exercise class like Legs, Buma and Tums or join my Sound Bath, relax in the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi.

I will facilitate the sound bath at 4pm, in support of Breast Cancer.

Enjoy a 30 mins beauty treatment: Deep Cleanse, Collagen Facials, Aromatherapy Massage. (bookings taken in advance at additionl cost).

Relax in the lounge, food and drinks available.
