London Gong Puja

Step into a night of deep transformation with our 7.5-hour Gong Puja, a full immersion in sound, energy, movement and cacao.

We’ll begin with a sacred cacao ceremony, opening space for your heart and setting intentions for the night. Gemma Richmond will then guide us through a gentle movement session, helping your body attune and flow.

Next, Cristina Patel, will facilitate an energy clearing, releasing subconscious blocks that might be holding you back from receiving the full transformation that the gongs will support.

For the following 7.5 hours, Seeta Vekaria, Cristina Patel and Johnny Idris Tomlinson will play the gongs continuously. You are invited to sit, meditate, or lie down and rest, allowing the vibrations to move through every layer of your being - physical, emotional, mental and energetic.
