Sound Bath

A sound bath is a sound meditative experience, where you are bathed in sound waves. 

Waves are produced by various healing instruments such as Gong, Singing bowls, Conch, Tingsha bells or human voice. 

The sound travels from the instrument to the molecules and particles of the body and creates vibration, transmuting any unwanted heavy energy.

A sound bath can help alleviate symptoms of:
