🎶 Sound Bath Serenity: Immerse yourself in the therapeutic sounds of crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, and gong. Allow the vibrations to wash away stress, tension, and any lingering energies from the past.

For the sessions, participants should bring:

- a yoga mat

- a blanket

- an eye mask and cushion (if preferred, for comfort)
