We aim to dispatch your order within 2-3 days. 

If you are buying a bespoke product, the dispatch will take place 2-3 days after the the details have been agreed and communication with the buyer has ended and
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

RETURNS
I accept returns or exchanges within 14 days. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
